Must hold a current Real Estate Broker or Broker Salesperson license.

REALTOR®

Applying as a new or recent licensee (not broker of record/principal) and otherwise never held a REALTOR® membership.
Transferring REALTOR® membership from another local REALTOR® association.
Reapplying for REALTOR® membership with the NEXUS Association of REALTORS®.
Must hold a current Real Estate license.

Secondary Designated REALTOR®

Select Level

Designated REALTOR® who actively holds a primary membership with another local REALTOR® association.
Must have a current Real Estate Broker or Broker Salesperson license.

Secondary REALTOR®
